Willie was a great laugh to do. I had free reign to express my sense of humour. The first concept was pretty much spot on and so I went on to render him properly.
Heck, I spent ages doing Willie, adding all the little touches, the girly pigtails, the missing teeth, the clown tattoo. The heads were partly invented, partly based on friends and willing victims (my pal Hanna is in there somewhere, as well as Mike), and one (Detail 2) was originally a nice lady from a porn site. How lucky of me to find a reference picture of a woman gargling maggotts on the internet? ;-)
