::convergent flux::
When Kerry called to tell me that I had yet another Scarybird to illustrate, I was expecting something a bit more than just two words to go on, "Convergent Flux". It's both a blessing and a curse to be given such artistic free reign. At the time I'm writing this Kerry has only seen the first concept she approved, she may loathe this. Stick around to the last paragraph and I'll tell you what the juice girl from Del Monte said.
The idea is that Convergent Flux is the fluid ever-changing connection between all entities and after a short ponder and a couple of shots of creative juice I was recalled this image of the inside of a water vortex. It was a bitch to find any reference photography at all (go on, you try, I found nothing) and so i sort of made it up. In doing so I thought it looked a bit like those laser shows you get in 80's nightclubs or at the start of Kate Bush's Babooshka video? Anyway, after a lot of professional faffing, I'm happy with it.
Last paragraph update: She say, "Yes!" (phew!)
